How to create a new invoice template?


Mygate provides the society admin the option to create a custom template for their invoicing needs. There are multiple options and features the society admin can choose from while creating the template that meets their specific requirement. Please refer to the below mentioned steps to go through the process of template creation.

1. Select “Raise Invoices” under the Invoices option of the Accounts section and then click on the Create template option.



2. In this section society admin can enter the invoice description, invoice period, Invoice cycle, bank account number where they want to receive the payments and select the penalty settings and required. Once the required changes are done, click on the Next option.



3. In the next section, society admin can select and enable the GST settings as applicable. Apart from this there is also an option to add invoice itemes in this section and enable GST settings for individual invoice items. 



4. You can enable "Automatically Settle from Advance" and include the footer notes. Once done, click "View Summary" to proceed.



5. Click on the "Create Template" option
