How to process recharge through mygate if a resident is complaining that their recharge is failed?
If the residents are complaining that their recharge has failed but the payment is successful, society admin can retry the recharge from their end through the mygate admin dashboard.
Please refer to the following steps to do the same:
1. Select the View option against the flat under the Electricity Meter option in the Utility meter section in the society tab.
2. Click on the recharge history option.
4. Click on the retry recharge option.
