How do I approve a Move-in request if it has expired already?
Once a move-in request has expired, it cannot be approved as the move-in date has already passed. You can reject the expired request and ask the resident to submit a new one. Please note, that the move-in request must be approved on or before the move-in date to avoid expiration.
Kindly follow the below steps to Reject the Move-In request.
1. Select “Move In Move Out Requests” under the Residents option of People Hub.
2. Click on “View”
3. Click On “Reject”
