How can I view who has approved a visitor entry?

In Mygate, when a security guard records the entry or exit of a visitor for any flat, the respective resident receives a notification and can approve or deny the entry directly through the app. In cases where the resident does not respond, the guard has the authority to manually allow or deny entry based on the situation. Additionally, the Society Admin has access to view who approved a particular visitor's entry, ensuring accountability and transparency in visitor management.

Please refer to the following steps to view the details of the resident who has approved the visitor entry:

1.  Select “ Visitor Validation Report” under the Visitors option of People Hub. 

2. Select the Building and the Flat along with the date for which you want to view the entry.

3. Click on "View" to see who approved the entry, then select "Details" for additional information about the entry.
