Can a society admin check how many users have viewed a notice?

In the Mygate platform, society management can create and send various types of notices to residents, including categories such as Society, Commercial, Events, and Emergency. These notices can be targeted to all residents or specific groups, and are delivered via registered email as well as through the Mygate application.

Additionally, the platform provides visibility into resident engagement by allowing society management to view a list of users who have opened or viewed the notice within the application.

To check the number of viewers for a Notice, kindly follow the steps below.

1. Select "Notice Board" under Communication, then select the Notice title.

2. Scroll down to view the number of users who have read the notice.
