Is it possible to add a document that is visible to all the residents of society?
Yes, Mygate provides a feature that allows the society admin to control the visibility of uploaded documents. Admins can choose to share documents with all residents or limit access to specific groups, such as owners, tenants, committee members, or staff, based on relevance and confidentiality. This ensures that sensitive or group-specific information is shared only with the intended audience. To manage document visibility, please follow the steps below.
1. Select "New Document" from the documents section of communications.
2. Fill in the new document details, and select the document type as a society.
3. Select the specific groups you want to make the document visible to and save it.
