Yes, mygate provides the feasibility to society management to control the number of people who can vote per flat refer to the below steps to enable the option:

1. Select "Create New" under Election Polls of Communications.

2. Click on "One vote per flat" while creating a new election poll to restrict the number of votes per flat.
