What is a secret poll and how to create one?

MyGate's Secret Poll feature empowers society admins to conduct private surveys. When a poll expires, admins can access the list of participating residents and their flat numbers. However, the specific choices made by each resident are kept strictly confidential, ensuring complete anonymity. This feature fosters transparent communication while prioritizing resident privacy.

By default, election polls within the system are treated as secret polls, ensuring that the votes cast by residents remain confidential.

Please refer to the below steps to create a new Secret poll:

1. Create a New Poll under the Opinion Polls section of communications.

2. Select the "Secret Poll" option.
