We want to restrict the residents from re-opening any tickets after a specified period of time. Is this possible?

Yes, MyGate offers society admins the ability to configure whether residents can reopen tickets, as well as set a specific time frame for this action.


1. Select "Settings" under the Helpdesk section.



2. Select the "Residents can Re-Open Tickets if the issue is not Resolved " option to allow the residents to reopen the tickets.



3. Select the "Residents can Reopen Tickets until" to set a specific limit on the number of days for reopening, or select 'No Limit' if you prefer not to impose any restrictions.
