Yes, Mygate allows society admins to configure whether residents can reopen closed helpdesk tickets and set a specific time frame during which this action is permitted. This feature ensures that tickets can only be reopened within a reasonable period, preventing old issues from being revisited unnecessarily
1. Select "Settings" under the Helpdesk section.
2. Select the "Residents can Re-Open Tickets if the issue is not Resolved " option to allow the residents to reopen the tickets.
3. Select the "Residents can Reopen Tickets until" to set a specific limit on the number of days for reopening, or select 'No Limit' if you prefer not to impose any restrictions.
