Is it possible to view reply of users to the group email sent through mygate?

Yes, Mygate allows society admins to configure a specific email address to receive all resident responses to financial emails sent via the Mygate system. This means that when residents reply to emails related to invoices, payment reminders, or other financial communications, their responses will be directed to the configured email ID. This feature ensures better tracking, organized communication, and timely follow-up by the society’s finance or management team.


Please refer to the steps below to configure the Email ID:


1. Select "Maintenance and Account Settings" under the Settings option. 



2. Mention the Email ID under "Reply Email" to configure the Email ID.
