Is it possible to view reply of users to the group email sent through mygate?

Yes, MyGate allows society admins to configure a specific email address to receive all responses from residents when they reply to all financial emails sent through the mygate system.


Please refer to the below steps to configure the Email ID:


1. Select "Maintenance and Account Settings" under the Settings option. 



2. Mention the Email ID under "Reply Email" to configure the Email ID.
