We want the residents to be able to cancel amenity for a fixed set hour before the booking start time. Can this be done?

Yes, MyGate offers an option that allows society management to set Cancellation Limits for each amenity individually.


1. Click on "Edit" under the Settings option of Amenity.


2. Enable  "Set Cancellation Limits" and set it to the required number of hours under Allow Cancellation Until option the click on update.
