We want to receive email notification whenever any booking is done? Can this be done through mygate?
Yes, MyGate offers a feature that enables society management to specify email addresses for receiving alerts whenever any user makes an amenity booking.
Kindly refer to the below steps to add Amenity Email Recipients.
1. Click on the "Add New" option against Amenity Email Recipients under Amenities Settings.
2. Add Name and Email ID then click on submit.
Note: You can include a maximum of 3 people for receiving such Email alerts.
