We want to receive email notification whenever any booking is done? Can this be done through mygate?
Yes, Mygate provides a feature that allows society management to specify one or more email addresses to receive alerts whenever a resident makes a booking for an amenity. This ensures that the relevant members are immediately notified of new bookings, helping to streamline the booking process and ensure better management of amenities.
Kindly refer to the steps below to add Amenity Email Recipients.
1. Click on the "Add New" option against Amenity Email Recipients under Amenities Settings.
2. Add Name and Email ID then click on submit.
Note: You can include a maximum of 3 people to receive such Email alerts.
