We want to levy cancellation charges on amenity. Is this possible?

Yes, Mygate provides an option that enables society to set up rules for paid amenities to attract additional charges upon cancellation. These charges would be auto-deducted from the Booking refund Amount.

Kindly refer to the steps below to set up Amenity Cancellation Charges for paid amenities.

1. Click on the "Add New" option against Amenity Cancellation Charges under Amenities Settings.

2. Choose the Amenity Name (applicable only for paid amenities), select the Cancellation Charge Method, specify the value, and then click "Submit."
