Yes, Mygate provides the option for society management to set different booking rates for tenants when booking paid amenities, such as the clubhouse, gym, or event halls. This feature allows the admin to apply different pricing for owners and tenants, ensuring fair and transparent billing based on their status. By configuring separate rates for each group, society management can streamline the booking process and maintain accurate financial records.

Kindly refer to the steps below to set differential rates for Tenants.

1. Click on the "Edit" option against the particular paid amenity under Amenities Settings.

2. Click on the "Differential Rates (Tenants)" option, fill the values under Extra Charges (Tenant) then update. Society management can set different charges for tenants based on single booking or bulk bookings of amenities.
