What is the Amenity Grouping Feature?
MyGate offers a feature that allows society management to create Amenity Groups, enabling them to manage bookings for multiple amenities collectively. Society can group amenities together based on defined rules or location in the settings.
This feature is particularly helpful in managing booking for similar amenities like guest room. Using this feature the booking can be controlled and managed for all the rooms together.
Kindly refer to the below-mentioned steps to create amenity groups.
1. Click on the "Add New" option against Amenity Groups under Amenities Settings.
2. Amenities can be grouped based on "Rule-based or Location-based".
Rule Based: Linked amenities will follow the rules defined in this group for "Maximum days in a Month per flat" and "Max slot booking per day flat"
Add the title and group description accordingly, then you can link the particular amenities that are active in the system to create a group. Next, set the "Maximum Days in a Month per Flat" and "Max Slot Booking per Day per Flat," and finally, click on "Submit."
Location-Based: Linked amenities will be grouped together under this location and presented to the residents while they book through the app.
Add the title and group description accordingly, then you can link the particular amenities that are active in the system to create a group. then click on "Submit."
