How can I stop the residents from misusing the amenity?
Mygate provides multiple features to ensure equitable access to society amenities among residents. Imposing a time-based restriction on a flat's ability to book an amenity, prevents over-utilization and promotes fair distribution. Following are the few options available to the society admin to ensure fair distribution of amenity to all users:
Resident Cool Down Period:
By using this feature the amenity will go under a cool-down period after each booking for the specific flat. This means that once any users books an amenity slot, he will not be able to book another slot in the same amenity for the period specified by the society admin. Kindly refer to the below steps to enable the Resident Cool Down Period :
1. Click on the "Edit" option against the particular amenity under Amenities Settings.
2. Enable the "Resident Cool Down Period" (in minutes), set the desired duration, and then click "Update."
Maximum and Minumum Slot and Days Restriction:
Society admins can specify the number of days in a month any flat should be able to book an amenity along with the number of bookings they can make in a day. Please refer to the below mentioned steps to configure this setting:
1. Click on the "Edit" option against the particular amenity under Amenities Settings.
2. Society can set "Maximum Days in a Month per flat" and "Maximum Slot bookings per day per flat" to restrict residents from misusing the amenity.
