How can I restrict owners and tenants from adding family members?

Mygate offers an option for society management to restrict owners and tenants from adding family members directly. This ensures that every member must go through an approval process, allowing for better control and verification.

Kindly refer to the steps below to restrict owners and tenants from adding family to the resident application.

1. Click on "View more" under the Resident and Visitor Management Settings section of settings.

2. Click on No under "Add Family or Tenant By Owner" to prevent owners from adding family or tenants to the application.

3. Click on No under "Add Family By Tenant" to prevent tenants from adding family to the application.
