How can I restrict guards from creating service provider profiles?

In MyGate, both Society Admins and Security Guards can create new service provider profiles. However, the society has the flexibility to restrict security guards from adding new profiles, allowing greater control over who can add service provider information.

Kindly refer to the steps below to stop guards from creating service provider profiles on their Guard application.

1. Click on "View more" under the Resident and Visitor Management Settings section of settings.

2. Click on "No" under Guard App: Allow Provider Onboarding.
