What is “Publish now” and “Publish later” in invoice generation? How does it help?

"Publish Now" and "Publish Later" are options in the invoice generation process that provide flexibility to the society management when an invoice is finalized and shared with the residents.

Publish Now: Invoices will be generated & published to the resident app. If communication options like Email, SMS/Push Notification, etc. are already configured on the template, the residents will be informed immediately.

Publish Later: Invoices will be generated but not published to the resident app. Even if communication options like Email, SMS/Push Notification, etc. are already configured on the template, they will not be triggered until the batch is manually published from the Invoice History. It allows the society admin for review, adjustments, or approval before the invoice is finalized.

Once finalized, click on "Publish" to send it to the residents.
