Is it possible to use the same Invoice template multiple times?
Yes, you can use the same template multiple times. However, please note that manual fields like Billing period, invoice heading, etc., need to be manually updated each time you use the template. This ensures that the information remains accurate and relevant for each new document.
To make use of an existing template, please refer to the following steps:
1. Select “Raise Invoices” under the Invoicing option of the Accounts section.
2. Click on the “Generate Invoice" option against the template you want to use. You can configure the amount and details as required and proceed to invoice generation.
