What are the steps to input amount to an invoice template and generate the invoice?


If you have already created the invoice template, please refer to the below steps to input the amount into the template and proiceed to invoice generation:

1. Select “Raise Invoices” under the Invoices option of the Accounts section. 



2. Click on Use this template option.

   


3. Click on Update the Amount.



4. Click on the Pencil Icon to edit the amount on a flat-wise basis.

 


5. Entered the required amount in the text field under the amount section.



6. As an alternative, you can click on the Quick Fill option to bulk upload the amount of all flats together.



7. Once the amount is configured click on the save changes option. 



8. You can verify the total amount and house number then click on the Next option. 



9. In the new preview invoice screen, you can preview the invoice for any flat by using the search option. Once you have verified the details you can click on "Next."



10. This is the invoice summary page which will contain the details of the entire invoice with the settings and sections you have updated. You can do a final verification here to ensure the details are entered correctly and click on Generate Invoice.
