How to view the list of users who have not downloaded the app?

In the MyGate system, a resident is considered an inactive user when their details are present in our system, but, they have not downloaded the resident application and registered themselves. Mygate provides an easy option for the society admin to view and download the list of all these users.

Please refer to the following steps to access this report:

1. Go to the People Hub section and select the "Resident List" option under Residents.

2. Select "inactive" under status and click on submit.

3. Click on "Download Report" to generate the list.

4. Click on the "Generated report" under the Society section to get the downloaded report.
