There is a user who is internally shifting to a different flat within the society? Is there an option in mygate for the society admin to move the resident to another flat as an active user?

Yes, we have an option in the mygate system where society admin can change the flat number of the resident:

1. Navigate to the People Hub section and select the "Resident List" option under Residents.

2. You can filter with building and flat then click on the details option. 

3. Click on "change flat".

4. Change the flat number and save it.
