There is a user who is internally shifting to a different flat within the society? Is there an option in mygate for the society admin to move the resident to another flat as an active user?
If a resident is shifting internally to another flat within the same society, Mygate provides an option for the society admin to move the resident to the new flat without deleting the current flat from their profile. The society admin can simply change the flat number of the resident and add other relevant details.
Follow the steps below to complete the flat transfer in Mygate:
1. Navigate to the People Hub section and select the "Resident List" option under Residents.
2. You can filter with building and flat then click on the details option.
3. Click on "change flat".
4. Change the flat number and save it.
