How to view the list of user registration requests we have rejected from the admin dashboard ?

As part of managing resident access, society admins may need to review user registration requests submitted through the Myatge app and approve them. In some cases, requests may be rejected due to incorrect details or verification issues. To keep track and ensure transparency, the admin dashboard allows you to view a list of all rejected registration requests.

Please refer to the steps below to view the list of user registration requests you have rejected from the admin dashboard:

Go to the People Hub section and select the "Rejected User Request Report" option under the Residents tab.
