What is inactive service provider?
If the entry or exit activity for a service provider passcode is not recorded for a continuous period of 90 days, the service provider will automatically be marked as Inactive in the system. Once marked Inactive, the service provider will no longer be visible in the resident application for hiring purposes.
Kindly refer to the below steps to view the Inactive Service Provider List:
1. Navigate to the People Hub section and select the "Inactive Service Provider" option under Service Providers. Society admin will be able to see the complete list of inactive service providers in this section.
Note: The society can also modify the date to view data for service providers who have been inactive for more than 90 days.
