What is visitor validation report ?

When the society security guard logs a visitor’s entry through the "Guard App", all relevant details are automatically recorded in the "Visitor Validation Report". This report includes key information such as the exact time the entry was marked, the name or identification of the guard who recorded it, the time the notification was triggered to the resident, and the approval or denial status of the visitor’s entry along with the detail of the user who has approved the entry.]. This streamlined process ensures transparency, enhances security and allows societies to maintain accurate and detailed visitor records effectively.

Navigate to the People Hub section and select the "Visitor validation report" option under Visitors.  You can select the required filters here to view the data.
