How can I make an inactive resident active ?
"Inactive user" and "Active user" are terms used in Mygate to define a resident's status based on their registration in the user application.
Active User:
An active user, as defined within the MyGate system, is a resident who is successfully registered on the MyGate Resident application and using its features.
Inactive User:
In the MyGate system, a resident is considered an inactive user when their details are uploaded in the system, but they are not registered in the resident application. The inactive users can be added either by the society admin using the admin dashboard or by an existing app user as a family member.
There is no option to manually change the status from inactive user to active user. Inactive users can become active only by logging into the resident application with their credentials and getting full access to the app.
