Yes, Mygate provides an option for society admins to view detailed insights related to invoice items. This includes the total amount calculated for a specific charge item and the number of flats it has been applied to. This feature helps in verifying invoice accuracy and understanding how charges are distributed across the society. Follow the steps below to view the total amount of an invoice item along with the number of houses it applies to.

Mygate provides an option to view the total amount of an invoice item and the number of houses it is calculated. Please refer to the steps below to check the same:

1. Go to the "Raise invoices" option under the Invoicing of Accounts Tab. Then click on "Generate Invoice" against the template you want to view the amount and number of houses.

2. Check the amount of an invoice item and the number of houses under the "Set Amount" section.
