How to raise invoices for non-members?
Non-members of society are individuals who reside within the society but are not officially registered as residents of a flat in Mygate. These individuals could be property owners of commercial spaces (like shops), or owners of other properties within the society. Even though they are not registered as residents, the society can still raise invoices for them, such as for maintenance charges or other services, depending on their property or usage within the society.
The invoice generation process for non-members is similar to the generation process for residents. There is just one small change in the applicable member section in the invoice template.
Please refer to the below-mentioned steps to create a template for non-members:
1. Go to the "Raise Invoices" option under the invoicing of accounts tab, then click on Create template.
2. Fill in the relevant fields in the Basic Configuration section. Next, navigate to the Items & Tax Settings, and under the Invoice Items, select the "Non-Member" option in the applicable members section under Towers then click on Save. Proceed to the next step and update the template.
