How to settle the dues of all the flats together?

The society admin can efficiently settle dues for multiple flats at once, simplifying the process when residents have made bulk payments, paid via outside mygate(cash, cheque, EFT) to settle their outstandings. Then the society admin can bulk settle the dues for multiple flats altogether. 

In order to settle the dues of all the flats together, please refer to the steps below:

1. Go to "Uploads and Downloads" under financial reports. 

2. Download the sample file from the Uploads Dues receipt, fill in the relevant details, and upload.
