How to set-up amenity cancellation charges and how does this function work?
Mygate provides an option that enables society to set up rules for paid amenities to attract additional charges upon cancellation. These charges would be auto-deducted from the refund amount that is credited to the flat's advance balance. Society can Set Cancellation Limits for residents so that residents are allowed to cancel bookings within a specified time frame.
Please refer to the below steps to set up Amenity Cancellation Charges:
1. Click on the "Add New" option against Amenity Cancellation Charges under Amenities Settings.
2. Choose the Amenity Name (applicable only for paid amenities), select the Cancellation Charge Method, specify the value, and then click "Submit."
Please refer to the below steps to enable the cncellation charges setting for individual paid amenities:
1. Click on the "Edit" option against the Amenity under Amenities Settings.
2. Click on "Set Cancellation Limits" to set the time limit.
