Due to an internal conflict between residents and management committee we want to stop residents from posting anything on mygate platform.
The majority of the 3% of discussions previously rejected by administrators fell under the category of profane or NSFW content. To streamline this process and enhance community safety, we have implemented automated filtering to identify and reject such content, eliminating the need for manual intervention by administrators.
In addition to automated filtering, we provide administrators with comprehensive moderation controls. These controls empower administrators to promptly delete any posts or comments that disrupt community harmony or violate community guidelines.
Furthermore, we are actively developing a "Report Abuse" functionality. This feature will empower residents to actively participate in maintaining a safe and respectful community environment by flagging inappropriate content. By fostering a collaborative approach to moderation, we aim to create a more efficient and effective system for ensuring a positive and engaging community experience for all residents.
