How to collect advance?
There can be instances where the residents have made ofline payment outside Mygate and the society admins want to record this as an advance balance for the respective flat. We offer an option to the society admin to collect advance amount from flat and create a receipt for the same. Once the receipt is created, the amount will reflect in the flat's advance balance and can be used to settle future dues.
Please refer to the below steps to collect advance from flats:
1. Navigate to Accounts and then select the Dues Tracker option under Dues and Receipts.
2. Select the unit and building then click on the "collect" option under advance.
3. Fill in the Payment Mode & Details then click on "Generate receipt".
