What is Mygate's Saarthi App and how does it address the needs of the Helpdesk staff?

Mygate has introduced a dedicated app for society staff called Saarthi by Mygate. This app provides real-time access to assigned tickets, ensuring staff can address issues efficiently while maintaining clear tracking and accountability. Residents can also track the progress of their raised tickets, while admins monitor response times, ensuring a high level of transparency and accountability. It is designed to simplify and enhance the daily operations for blue collar workers (such as staff) within a gated community.


The Saarthi App provides a dedicated interface that gives real-time access to tickets assigned to them. With complete details available on the Saarthi App,  they can address the complaints with more confidence.

Unlike the previous SMS-based system which offered limited ticket details, this solution eliminates the need for continuous back & forth with residents and the society office. As a result, it reduces delays and enables faster, more efficient complaint resolution.
