Yes, Helpdesk Managers can view when the staff marks tickets as “Job Done” in the Saarthi App. Additionally, all comments made by the staff are visible to both residents and managers.
Furthermore, helpdesk summaries including SLA, Ageing, TAT and MIS reports also reflect the ‘Job Done’.
