Can managers view the updates made by staff on their dashboard?
Helpdesk Managers have visibility into when staff members mark tickets as “Job Done” through the Saarthi App. All comments or updates added by staff are transparently visible to both residents and managers, ensuring clear communication throughout the resolution process.
Additionally, helpdesk summary reports—including SLA compliance, ticket ageing, Turnaround Time (TAT), and MIS reports—accurately reflect the “Job Done” status, enabling better tracking and performance analysis.
Note: The "Job done" status will be visible to all the dashboard roles having complete access to the helpdesk module.
