Can I see the age of a Helpdesk ticket on admin dashboard?

Society Admins can view the age of each helpdesk ticket directly on the Mygate dashboard. This feature enables the management team to track how long a ticket has been open, helping them prioritize and address issues more efficiently based on their duration and urgency.


Please refer to the steps below to check the age of a Helpdesk ticket on the admin dashboard:


1. Go to the helpdesk and click on "Complaints" to check the age of the helpdesk ticket.
