Can I see the age of a Helpdesk ticket on admin dashboard?
Society admins can view the age of a helpdesk ticket on the Mygate dashboard. This will help the society team in determining how long an issue has been open and prioritize it accordingly.
Please refer to the below steps to check the age of a Helpdesk ticket on the admin dashboard:
1. Go to the helpdesk and click on "Complaints" to check the age of the helpdesk ticket.
