How to refund the security deposit collected from resident while booking amenity?

Society admin can pass a journal voucher to reverse security deposits of amenities to the flat advance. Please refer to the below steps to refund the security deposit collected from the resident while booking amenities:

1. Go to Accounts, Select Vouchers then click on Create Voucher option.

2. Fill in the relevant details and click on save.

Note: Once the entry is passed, the amount will be transfered to the flat's advance balance. Now the society admin can either refund the amount to the residents offline or use the advance balance of the flat to settle any future dues.
