I can see a few tickets under helpdesk highlighted in a blue colour. What does this mean?
On Mygate, the color-coding system for helpdesk tickets enables society management to quickly assess the status and priority of each ticket. The blue color, in particular, indicates newly raised tickets as well as tickets where residents have added new comments. This helps the society management team efficiently track and address the tickets accordingly.
Go to Helpdesk then click on Complaints.
