What is the use of parcel report and how to download it?

Mygate provides a convenient "Leave at Gate" option for deliveries, allowing residents to authorize delivery agents to leave their parcels with the society security guard in case they are unavailable. This ensures safe and secure handling of packages. The society admin can monitor and manage all such deliveries using the Parcel Report feature, which offers a comprehensive view of parcel status, delivery time, and recipient details, helping maintain transparency and accountability.

1. Go to Society, and select Parcel Report under the Security and Patrolling tab.

2. Click on Download Report.
