How can we verify if the residents have received the email or SMS?

MyGate offers a feature that allows society admins to track the delivery status of emails and SMS messages sent to residents. This enables admins to monitor whether the communications have been successfully delivered or encountered any issues. 


Please follow the below steps to check the delivery report:


1. Go to Communications then click on "Delivery report".


Mygate provides both Email Delivery Reports & SMS Delivery Reports.


a. Email Delivery Reports:

You can filter the report by flat number, delivery status, and date range. Additionally, there is an option to search using the Email ID for more precise tracking.



b. SMS Delivery Reports:

You can filter the report by flat number, delivery status, and date range. Additionally, there is an option to search using the Mobile Number for more precise tracking.


Note: The delivery report will only show the logs of emails related to group email, Helpdesk, Amenity, and Accounting.
