What is delivery report section?

Mygate offers a feature that allows society admins to track the delivery status of emails and SMS messages sent to residents. In the Delivery Report section, society admins will be able to see the delivery status of emails and SMS's sent through mygate. The report can be viewed for only last 6 months.

Currently, the report covers the delivery of email or SMS through the following modules:

1. Helpdesk

2. Amenities

3. Asset and Inventory

4. Accounting

5. Financial Report

6. Communication


Please follow the below steps to check the delivery report:


1. Go to Communications then click on "Delivery report".


Mygate provides both Email Delivery Reports & SMS Delivery Reports.


a. Email Delivery Reports:

You can filter the report by flat number, delivery status, and date range. Additionally, there is an option to search using the Email ID for more precise tracking.



b. SMS Delivery Reports:

You can filter the report by flat number, delivery status, and date range. Additionally, there is an option to search using the Mobile Number for more precise tracking.
