How to waive off dues of a flat?

MyGate offers society management the ability to waive dues for a specific flat, providing flexibility in managing outstanding payments.

Please follow the below steps to waive off dues of a flat:

1. Go to Accounts, and select the "Dues tracker" option under Dues and Receipts.

2. Click on the flat details against which you want to waive off dues.

3. Cancel the invoices you want to waive off.
