How to download the Tenant Management report?

Mygate provides an option to download the complete tenant details for the society which includes the number of tenants registered per flat and the number of documents uploaded. Additionally, it provides comprehensive visibility into rental agreement information, such as the start and end dates, status, and the user who uploaded the documents. These features help society management maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information for better oversight and efficient management.

Please follow the below steps to Download the Tenant Management report:

1. Go to People Hub and select Tenant Management under residents. Click on Download Report. 

2. Enter the OTP and reason then click on verify.
