How to receive email notification of all online payment done through Mygate app?

Mygate offers an email notification feature for society management to stay informed about all online payments made within their community. This allows for efficient tracking of dues and simplifies reconciliation processes. Any payment made using the Mygate app will trigger an email to the added users. 


Please find the steps below to configure email notifications of all online payments done through Mygate:


1. Go to settings, and select Maintenance and Account Settings. 



2. Select the users under the "Online Payment Notification" section to ensure they receive email notifications for all online payments made through MyGate.

 


Note: You can only select 3 users to receive Online Payment Notification. By default system will only show the users present in the society admin user list.
