How can the society admin book an amenity for management purposes?

To book an amenity for management purposes, such as administrative tasks or other operational requirements, Mygate provides an option to the society admin by using which they can book the amenity without making the payment. Please follow the below steps to do the same:

1. Go to amenities, and click on New Bookings. 

2. Select Society office under Select house, then select the amenity you want to book. 

3. Select the date, enter the comment, and click on Proceed to payment.

4. The amenity will get booked without payment.
