How to Input receipt against security deposit payments?

Once the security deposit for a specific flat is added, the society admin will have the option to input receipts for security deposit payments. The admin can add the deposit using the "Add Security Deposit" option. Alternatively, residents can also pay the security deposit directly through their Resident application.


please follow the below steps to Input receipts against security deposit payments (Posting collection entries from the admin side):


1. Go to the Accounts section, select "Dues and Receipts," enter the flat details, and then click on the specific flat.



2.  Click on the “collect” button.  (Once the security deposit for a specific flat is added, you will get the Collect option.)



3. Input receipt details and click on Collect. 

 


4. The security deposit balance of the flat will be visible in the security deposit option.
