How to Download resident data?

Society Admin has the option to download the resident list for the society to keep track of Resident details like Name, user type, flat number and flat occupancy.

Please follow the below steps to download the resident report:

1. Go to People Hub, select Resident List under the Residents option, then click on Download Report. 

2. Enter the OTP triggered to your registered Email, and reason then click on verify to download the Report. 

The downloaded report will be available in the Generated Reports. 

3. Go to Society, and select Generated Reports.
