I am only able to see the finiancial data on mygate since April. How to view the data of all years?

Financial and accounting services follow the financial year period concept for recording data. On mygate, at a time you can only view the data for one financial year, i.e April to March. Society Management can change the financial year in the system to access financial data beyond April. This will allow you to view and download account statements, invoices, and other financial data for that particular financial period. 

To change the financial year, please follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Open the Admin dashboard and click on the financial year dropdown located beside "2024-2025" at the top of the dashboard.

2. You can select the respective financial year you wish to view, allowing you to access data for the selected period.
