Once the parcels are collected by the residents, how we can change it's status?

Once the parcels are received by the security guard and handed over to the respective residents, the society admin can update their status to "Handed Over" in the system. This helps in maintaining clear records of parcel deliveries and ensures accountability. MyGate provides the flexibility to mark parcels as "Handed Over" either individually or in bulk, making the process quick and efficient. Follow the steps below to mark the parcels as handed over.


1. Go to Society, and select Parcel report under Security and Patrolling. 

 


For Individual tickets: 

Change the status to "Collected," select the tickets, and then click on "Mark as Handed Over."
