Once the parcels are collected by the residents, how we can change it's status?
Once the parcels are collected by the guard and handed over to the residents, the society admin can mark them as "Handed Over" either in bulk or individually. Follow the steps below to mark the parcels as handed over:
1. Go to Society, and select Parcel report under Security and Patrolling.
For Individual tickets:
Change the status to "Collected," select the tickets, and then click on "Mark as Handed Over."
For tickets in bulk:
