Can we set up an approval mechanism for amenity?
In Mygate, there are two types of amenities available: Paid Amenities and Free Amenities. Society has the flexibility to configure each amenity as either paid or free, depending on the specific needs and preferences of the community.
Paid Amenities:
When a resident books a paid amenity through the application, they are required to complete the payment process. The booking will only be confirmed once the payment is successfully made.
For paid amenities, the payment acts as the approval system to confirm the booking.
Free Amenities:
When a resident books a free amenity, the booking is automatically approved and confirmed.
However, MyGate provides a customizable setting that allows the society management to implement an approval mechanism for free amenities. By enabling this setting, society can disable the automatic approval feature for free amenities and opt for a manual approval process instead. This option is flexible and can be adjusted based on society's preferences and requirements.
